Noom Review: Weight Loss After 1 Month
I recently turned 50 and I wanted to lose weight for my health. My starting weight was 177 lbs and my goal weight is 165 lbs. So my goal is 12 pounds. I’ll be honest, I’ve lost more than 12 pounds over the last 10 years, by restricting my calories to 1,200 a day. On calore restriction I was always hungry and it wasn’t sustainable. I would lose weight and then I’d stop restricting and then gain it all back. My new goal is to not only lose the weight, but to keep it off without starving myself.
